What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Support Project Managers with the full cycle of restoration projects, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work authorizations, completion certificates, and client reports
- Ensure consistent communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Scheduling & Workflow Management
- Track project progress, changes, and scheduling updates
- Assist with job scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor project timelines and support updates to stakeholders
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing and editing estimates, scopes of work, and budgets
- Ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with client billing protocols
- Support the tracking of outstanding receivables and follow-ups on payments
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure job sites remain safe and hazard-free, adhering to company safety protocols
- Conduct hazard assessments and report any unsafe conditions
- Actively participate in safety training and workplace inspections
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to safeguard client property and information
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in office administration, construction, insurance, or restoration
- Experience using project management tools (Xactimate preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy

Working Conditions:
- Standard business hours, with occasional evening, on-call, or overtime work as required
- Requires mobility in tight spaces, standing, lifting, walking, kneeling, and working at heights over 5 feet
- Manual dexterity for computer use, data entry, and prolonged desk work
- Periodic travel may be required
