Project Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 or $40-$50 hourly rate

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager with experience leading technical projects, but who also has an interest in managing a variety of projects across omni-channel digital marketing, design, email, and strategy. You’ll oversee web development, managed hosting & maintenance retainers, and broader digital initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.

What you’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a variety of projects, including web development (Drupal/WordPress), digital marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Define project objectives, create workback schedules, and ensure projects stay on budget and on time.
• Work with internal teams—including strategists, designers, developers, and marketers—to execute projects efficiently.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide strategic input on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and digital execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate development updates into actionable insights for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capture and distribute concise meeting notes with actionable takeaways.
• Leverage development experience to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and timeliness of technical work.

What do you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience managing a wide range of digital marketing and technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology or relevant field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of coding to facilitate effective communication with developers throughout all project phases. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, simple terms for clients and team members. This role does not require hands-on coding.
• Experience with managed hosting, maintenance, and server configuration in environments such as AWS, Pantheon, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills—you make complex projects feel simple.
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and deliver measurable results from the effective use of marketing technology infrastructure, content, search, and all digital media platforms.
• Interest in diverse projects—you’re excited to grow beyond technical project management.
