An established roofing and cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial roofing projects across Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to close-out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower planning
  • Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues
  • Track project progress, costs, and changes; report regularly to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, SBS, BUR, metal roofing)
  • Ability to read construction drawings and technical specs
  • Proven track record in budget control, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Procore, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
  • PMP or relevant certifications are an asset, but not essential
