SDS project manager supervisor
• Lead the project team with clear instructions, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
• Manage all aspects of the project in accordance with the client's requirements and ensure that all the technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.
• Oversee the development of the project plan documents with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Monitor each stage of the implementation of the project to ensure best practices in matters of cost control, efficient use of resources, risk management, and health, safety and the environment.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned.
• Coordinate contract negotiation and equipment procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.
• Build strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders.
