This role is responsible for ensuring project efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, while managing stakeholders, budgets, and compliance standards. Manage insurance-related restoration projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and deadlines.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and insurance representatives to ensure alignment on project goals.
Secure work authorizations, permits, and approvals for regulatory compliance.
Create and edit Xactimate estimates and floor plans in line with BELFOR and insurance SLAs.
Maintain detailed project documentation in internal and external claims systems.
Track financials, invoicing, and collections for project completion.
Oversee project scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel and subcontractors.
Conduct job site assessments to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
Ensure job sites maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
Conduct hazard assessments and report any unsafe conditions.
Actively participate in safety training and workplace inspections.
High School Diploma/GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy
3+ years of experience in project management, construction, insurance, or restoration
Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project Management
Working knowledge of building codes, regulatory agencies, and project compliance
Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Docusketch

Standard business hours, with occasional evening, on-call, or overtime work as required.
Requires mobility in tight spaces, sustained physical activity (lifting, walking, kneeling), and working at heights over 5 feet.
Manual dexterity for computer use, data entry, and prolonged desk work.
Periodic travel to job sites required.
