Project Manager

Project Manager with Salesforce experience

12 month contract

Location: Hybrid/Fredericton

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of IM/IT experience
2. 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile
3. 5+ years of Project Management experience managing multiple related projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives, which included coordinating teams across projects, managing stakeholders' expectations, and facilitating communication between various stakeholder groups.
4. Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce or equivalent case and care management systems
5. 5+ years of experience working as a Senior IT Project Manager in IT system development and support.
6. 5+ years of experience working with and leading cross-functional business and technical teams that include a mix of in-house and external resources and stakeholders.
7. 2 years of experience in change management activities - developing a plan outlining how the project organizational change will be managed.
8. 5 years of experience in cost estimating, resource planning, and project time management skills.
9. 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes.
10. Current Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PRINCE2 designation.
11. 2+ years of experience in life cycle delivery using Agile during the Concept, Inception, Iteration and Release phases.
12. Ability to communicate effectively in French verbally and in writing - Nice to have.
