About The Role
As ATB’s next Project Manager you will be managing and coordinating projects end-to-end measuring progress of deliverables and KPIs against business needs and goals.

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to take the lead on significant technical projects involving our SAP systems, vital IT infrastructure upgrades, and the development and setup of key applications. This important position demands someone with a strong history of successfully managing projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering and planning, all the way through successful launch and making sure stakeholders are happy. The right person will really understand these different technical areas and be able to handle complicated issues to ensure everything works together smoothly and delivers strong results.

Accountabilities

  • Manages and coordinates projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation
  • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products
  • Assesses and measures progress to deliverables, schedules, and KPIs
  • Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project (i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints)
  • Assist the Delivery Lead in the development and maintenance of the overall portfolio roadmap and strategy
  • Help facilitate portfolio-level planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring alignment of projects with strategic objectives and resource capacity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio governance frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Accreditations:
    • Bachelors in business administration, finance, management or related field
    • PMP Certification (and other relevant certifications, such as PMI-ACP)
  • Core Technical Skills:
    • Project delivery, planning & steering - Executing a project while ensuring alignment with roadmap and multiple stakeholders
    • Business Process Management - monitoring business processes and improving them over time
    • Capacity planning and performance enablement - Mapping human capital needs and enabling team success
    • Project risk analysis and issue management
    • Additional experience in project management skills including change management, process governance, product management, and project framing
    • Budget and financial management, managing budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures and reporting on financial performance
    • Talent development skills including workforce planning, employee experience lifecycle, learning & development, and talent development strategy
    • Business fundamentals including metrics reporting, business analysis, and problem solving
    • Dependency Management by identifying, analyzing, and managing dependencies between projects to ensure smooth progress and avoiding bottlenecks
    • Effectively manage vendors throughout the project.
    • Program Planning and Roadmapping by developing and maintaining a high-level roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and interdependencies of multiple related projects
