To proactively support, champion and execute Alliston at Home Inc.’s development goals. This position is tasked with greeting clients, providing them with tours and promotional material as well as gathering Sales prospect information by conducting a Lifestyle Consultation. This position will also assist with purchase agreements, client follow up, surveys and marketing via social media.
This position is accountable to ensure that all interactions with clients are carried out with utmost professionalism and performed to the highest standard of excellence.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
All associated responsibilities will be conducted in a positive, cost effective and efficient manner to optimize performance and reliability in order to exceed clients’ expectations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives
- Maintain the highest level of customer services standards in accordance with the Alliston culture & code of conduct
- Provide timely and efficient internal and external communication to ensure all clients’ expectations are met.
- Deliver consistent support to manage client expectations and foster the client relationship throughout the purchase experience and building process
- Always customer and work ready reflecting a polished and professional image
- Execute Sales and Marketing tasks and associated responsibilities assisting with the below duties to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Greet clients, deliver a professional sales presentation, demonstrate home features / upgrades and answer questions.
- Provide prospective clients with current Quick Possession home and Presale Lot and Model inventory.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client files .
- Acquire client registrations and manage records within Hubspot and ensure all information is sent to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in a timely fashion for follow up.
- Gather client information and book sales appointments.
- Assist ASM with client follow up.
- Review documents, such as purchase agreements, change orders and amendments, for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed by clients and ASM in a timely manner and deliver to head office administration accordingly.
- Act as liaison between clients, head office and ASM for all administrative functions.
- Light housekeeping duties to ensure the home and / or sales center is client ready during all open house hours.
Marketing Assistance
- Post updates and information on various social media sites as directed
- Assist with marketing of properties
- Ensure signage and marketing materials are in place
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Candidates will need to demonstrate :
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working with official documents and correspondence
- Ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Hubspot
- Knowledge of Homefront sales software
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on time and with accuracy
- Sincere desire to provide “top of class” support and customer service
EDUCATION :
- Minimum High School education
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service / Sales experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
- Experience with HomeFront considered an asset
- Previous experience with a CRM program, preferably HubSpot
