The Project Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects or initiatives within the Northwest Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) expressly assigned by the Senior Operating Officer (SOO). The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to priority projects. The incumbent resolves operational issues for assigned priority projects in adherence with guidelines set by the SOO and serves as a principle point of contact for all members of identified projects, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service. The Project Implementation Lead coordinates Care Process Coach resources in a manner that ensures both community level and HSDA support as required. The Lead analyzes interdependencies and timing of projects across the HSDA and assesses the impact of the projects on other areas within the HSDA and across Northern Health. The Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes and works closely with the SOO and the Care Process Coach project team to address the impact of any change to ensure an effective and efficient implementation.
Starting salary will be approximately from $106,026 to $132,533 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

• Completion of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressive experience, including at a strategic leadership level, in a large, complex unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
