Our client, a vertically integrated solutions provider for prefabricated modular systems, is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to their team. The ideal candidate will support their innovative approach to streamlining construction through productization and decentralized manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources across multiple sites
Support the implementation of lean, scalable, and just-in-time delivery processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
Maintain project documentation and assist in the creation of project reports
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
Assist in the integration of sustainable building practices and technologies
Support the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or related role
Strong understanding of construction processes and prefabricated modular systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification is an asset
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is preferred
