The Project Coordinator, Office of the Secretary Treasurer is responsible for supporting the Secretary-Treasurer and the Senior Business Leadership Team by managing, monitoring, and reporting on a variety of projects and initiatives that involve integration across multiple units and leadership teams, including government directives, contracts, and community partnerships. The Project Coordinator will deliver project support to district leaders for organizational initiatives, which may include financial, operational, and logistics/efficiency-oriented projects. The position will also collaborate with leaders to monitor, evaluate and report on impacts, opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and three years’ experience. Professional designation and/or Project Management Professional certification considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is: $90,291 - $112,864 per year with comprehensive benefits package and Municipal Pension.
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of qualifications and ability to meet the key requirements of the job, and consideration of internal equity comparisons. The midpoint of the range represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications, and experience for the position.
