Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate looking to build a career in project coordination, research, and business development within the lighting and energy solutions industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing lighting upgrade projects, supporting research and innovation initiatives, and contributing to lead generation and business growth efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing lighting upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and support in developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Research & Development:- Support research projects aimed at developing innovative lighting solutions and technologies.
- Gather and analyze data to assist in Scientific Research and Experimental Development projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to explore new opportunities and validate concepts.
Lead Generation & Business Development:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
- Assist in creating targeted outreach strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns and email communications.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and project information.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, and other technical documents.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills:- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, AI, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the lighting or energy efficiency industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools is an asset.
