As part of the Coordination Services Team, the IT/Project coordinator will work closely with Project team, Application Delivery and Line Of Business (LOBS) to maintain our information technology systems and organize all types of IT projects. You will carry out both technical and administrative tasks/services to ensure functionality and efficiency of our IT landscape and projects (i.e. infrastructure, Migration from On-Prem to Cloud, Change Requests, ad-hoc catalogue requests and champion process improvements). You will execute various coordinating tasks/services, like schedule and risk management, maintaining and validating project documentation, monitoring project and implementation plans, schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate with Project technical team, Business users, Application Delivery, vendors and sponsors
Work collaboratively with the technical co-workers to review and validate the intended approach to the project tasks
Work with team members to address and report project issues in a proactive manner
Ensure that work assignments are clearly communicated and a strong drive to bring clarity
Follow up meetings with respective line of business, application delivery and project team.
Change request management (open/submit all necessary change controls and tasks) in ServiceNow
Drive the migration Change implementation plan during change execution.
Validate tasks assigned are acknowledged by the signee.
Have good communication skills
Must be bilingual French/English. Must speak fluent in both languages.
Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Informatics, or Software Engineering (SE)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of basic computer science concepts, Cloud Technologies, Migration from On-Prem to cloud, programming, Scripting and Information Systems
Expertise in MS tools (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Experience in ITIL Change and Incident management using Service NOW
Interest and willingness to travel and relocate
