Project Coordinator / Estimator (Division 8)

Our client, a trusted supplier of Division 8 and Division 10 architectural products, has been proudly serving the construction industry across British Columbia for over 50 years. They are currently seeking a Division 8 Project Coordinator / Estimator to join their team in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bid takeoffs and proposal preparation for Division 8 projects.
• Prepare estimates based on drawings and specifications, including materials and subcontracts.
• Ensure all estimates meet project requirements and are submitted on time.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to support seamless execution and delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage updates and resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in the construction industry, with 1–2 years in Division 8 preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with the team.
• Experience in estimating, project coordination, or sales is an asset.
