The Toronto Maternal and Child Health Network (TMCHN), hosted at SickKids, is one of six regional maternal-child health networks in Ontario. These networks are dedicated to strengthening connections between maternal-child healthcare providers and organizations to improve health outcomes for perinatal, newborn, and pediatric populations.
The Program/Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day activities and management of key projects/initiatives for the TMCHN. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role focuses on coordination across the program, collaboration with internal and external partners, SME engagement, project management, preparing business cases, annual planning, and data analysis to inform outcome measures of the TMCHN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, experience in hospital environments, exceptional time management skills, and a proven ability to implement and monitor projects and initiatives.
