We are seeking a Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our client’s dynamic design team in Toronto. In this role, you will work on production homes for a well-established design company, focusing on creating detailed construction drawings and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings for production homes.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review designs to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with design specifications.
• Manage communication between stakeholders to resolve project issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and residential construction.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
