CASMAN is seeking a multi-tasking Project Coordinator who thrives on being part of a Team and bringing Projects to Life!
Our Project Coordinators play a key role in managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality for our Clients.
CASMAN Project Coordinators get to be a meaningful part of all aspects of Construction, from bidding to turnover. They will work with internal team members as well as Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Clients. Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team environment are a must.
Applicants must have formal construction training and be proficient in reading blueprints and specifications, preparing schedules, understanding construction contracts and the document flow between Contractor/Consultants/Owners, scopes of work, and safe work practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Project & Office applications is also required. This is a responsible position, and familiarity and comfort with working on active construction sites is essential.

Candidates require 2-4 years of formal post-secondary construction education in Construction Engineering, Building Technology, Architectural, or Interior Design.
