Your Opportunity

Our Building Specialty Services group is seeking a Project Coordinator. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with project administrative activities such as scheduling, quality management, tasks tracking.
  • Edit, format and assemble project documents for specifications, assessment reports, warranty reports, maintenance manuals and reserve fund study reports.
  • Assist with contract administration including change orders and payment certification.
  • Assist Project Managers with invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Assist Project Managers with project startup tasks and preliminary budgets for proposals.
  • Organize and set-up project kickoff and project meetings, office meetings and technical seminars.
  • Develop meeting minutes to identify, follow up issues and assignment of tasks.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or independently.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Skills and experience in Bluebeam an asset.
  • Proven experience with deadlines and time-sensitive projects.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, anticipation, show initiative and be proactive.

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within consulting preferred.
