RQ03137 - Project Control Officer Junior

Client: Ontario Health

Period: 12 Months

Start Date: 2022-04-01

End Date: 2023-03-31

Location: Toronto

Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day


Must-haves:

  1. Understanding of project management concepts
  2. Demonstrated ability to work well with various groups of internal and external clients within business units while demonstrating customer service
  3. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, collaboration and time-management while demonstrating attention to detail
  4. Experience with MS Office including MS Teams document repository and Excel
  5. Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of Ontario
  6. 3+ years of experience as a Project Control Officer in an IT environment

Assignment Type: This position is currently WFH due to COVID-19 related WFH direction. Once OH staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.


Resume Criteria Ratings:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Project Control Officer in an IT environment - 20
  2. Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of Ontario - 20
  3. Strong communication skills: verbal, written, active listening, conflict resolution and stress tolerance - 10
  4. Experience with budgeting and financial management - 10
  5. Effective and proven multi-tasking & time management skills - 10
  6. Skilled in creating, tracking and maintaining project documentation and reporting; detail oriented - 15
  7. Experience working with internal clients and business units within an IT environment - 15
