Your challenges:

Reporting and working closely with the Senior Programmer Analyst, the Programmer Analyst Junior will provide first level support by handling emails and calls from users and will follow up and develop as needed.

• Perform first-level support tasks and follow-up on user emails and calls.
• Assist the Senior Programmer Analyst in solving information systems problems.
• In collaboration with the Senior Programmer Analyst, perform the programming necessary for the development and improvement of the systems.
• Actively collaborate in the deployment of the company’s IS (information systems) projects.
• Perform all related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

What sets you apart?

• Attestation of College Studies in Computer Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Have a good knowledge of the following tools: C#, Web API, SQL Server, Angular, HTML5, Typescript, SCSS, Docker, GIT, Azure DEVOPS, Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (French/English): frequent communication with Canadian and North American offices.
