A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum eight (8) years of IM/IT experience.
Minimum five (5) years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSRS reports.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

Demonstrated experience providing technical support and maintenance of systems/applications for a Regional Health Authority and/or Department of Health in a Canadian jurisdiction.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing the implementation of technical solutions in an operational environment.
Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
Demonstrated experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting database tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and indexes.
Demonstrated experience designing and building user interface (screens) using .Net technology.
Demonstrated experience with analyzing, troubleshooting, and converting Cognos/Impromptu reports.
Demonstrated experience in security related to data confidentiality and client privacy issues in application design and development.
