Omnicom Media Group’s programmatic team (OMG Programmatic) delivers market-leading programmatic media technologies and solutions to Omnicom clients all over the globe. Our wide range of products and services include, programmatic media buying for display, video, mobile, social, and emerging channels, audience segmentation, on-demand audience and media analytics, including custom insights, and programmatic strategy consulting.

The Programmatic team is the core of our organization, responsible for applying highly analytical and quantitative approaches to deliver campaign performance. The Analyst position is responsible for setting up, managing and monitoring campaign performance.

Planning and Optimization

  • Manage digital campaign execution on a daily basis, including setup, optimization and reporting across display (banner ad) and video (YouTube etc.) campaigns.
  • Master media buying-related technologies, including DSPs (Google, Amazon, etc.), DMP, 3rd party ad servers, etc.
  • Learn to understand client performance objectives and develop successful optimization strategies to meet them.
  • Understand campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • As requested, work directly with partners or vendors to become fluent in new features, capabilities and/or troubleshoot client campaign issues.

Insights

  • Learn how to use reporting interfaces with campaign management tools.
  • Organize and pivot campaign data in a digestible fashion using Microsoft Excel.
  • Learn how to derive actionable insights based on campaign performance data.
  • Provide strategic campaign measurement recommendations that correlate to the targeting and brand objectives.

Desired Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance and Sciences degrees preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior marketing/media agency experience is an asset.
  • Experience analyzing datasets preferred.
  • Digital experience: DSP, Google’s Adwords, Ad Networks, Media Optimization, or SEM is an asset.
  • Pro-active and highly organized.
