Job Description
Responsible for managing complex development and production programs and proposals. The Program Manager plans schedules, arranges activities, and manages project budgets and schedules using appropriate project management control techniques, including proactive EAC management in collaboration with Program Finance. This role involves maintaining an Open Issues List (OIL) for each project, ensuring documentation of key milestones and target dates, addressing all customer Contract/GTC requirements, and providing clear direction to the Capture Team, Program Execution IPT, and the customer. The Program Manager oversees and administers all key process/function deliverables, drives active Risk and Opportunity project registers, and ensures proper updates or retirement of R&O’s during execution.
The current team is made up of 8 Program Managers. The office has an open concept design where the Program Manager will sit in the middle, surrounded by the supporting team including quality, production planning, and business development. Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) typically include 8-10 members from supply chain, engineering, operations, contracts, configuration management, and production. The location is in Midland, and the Program Manager will be required to be onsite a minimum of three days per week with some flexibility.
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
This is a hybrid position in Midland, ON.
