As a Program Assistant, you will maintain communication and assist with meeting client needs in a fast-paced environment, ensure effective and efficient schedule coordination, information research, and system coordination. You will act with outside organizations to coordinate information and referrals according to the policies and procedures of the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) and ensure that clients receive optimal care. You may be required to assist with other activities, such as scanning and linking documents to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
