Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for a full time (40 hours/week) Program Assistant in Lloydminster.
Job Summary:
As a Program Assistant, your understanding of the needs of newcomers is very important as you will be responsible for providing contact information, resources, and general information to clients and visitors. You will be responsible for filing, documentation, making phone calls, taking meeting minutes, filling forms, and data input. Your attention to detail will assist you in compiling and preparing statistical reports. Your team building skills will assist you in organizing and participating in various meetings. You are self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a service team. You are organized, have great relationship-building skills, and are proficient with computers.
