The Position:

Are you a digital campaign expert with a passion for strategic content and eye-catching design? We’re looking for a creative professional to develop and execute compelling digital campaigns, manage social media strategy, and produce high-quality visual content. The incumbent of this in-scope permanent, full-time Program Analyst – Digital Campaigner position will oversee digital campaign tools, analyze performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency while engaging members across digital platforms and will be working out of our Edmonton office.

What You Bring:

  1. A minimum of a certificate in Humanities or Social Sciences, Communications, or a related program.
  2. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in digital campaigning and campaign organizing.
  3. A strong background in campaign strategy, graphic design, and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Strong union values and a commitment to continual evaluation and service enhancement.
  5. Solutions-focused, collaborative individual.
  6. Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, crafting compelling content, and using design tools like Canva to create high-quality visuals.
  7. Strong analytical skills are essential to track performance metrics and optimize engagement, with the skills to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  8. Adept at managing digital tools, developing social media support and policies, as well as staying ahead of emerging trends to enhance reach and impact.
  9. Ability to work outside of regular business hours with the ability to travel, as required.
  10. Work well under pressure; a creative problem solver and can meet tight deadlines working within a fast-paced environment.
  11. Familiar with organized union structures and have some knowledge of the current health care system in Alberta.
  12. Commitment to trade union philosophy and public healthcare which supports your ability to make key recommendations for program, policy, and process development ensuring advancement of HSAA’s strategic plans.

What we offer:

Competitive Compensation: $49.94 to $60.78 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work-Life Balance: 35-hour work week. Flexible work schedule available.
