In this role, the Professional Services Support and Project Controller will be responsible to:

  1. Work with Project Managers, Leadership and other stakeholders to ensure proper progress and financial tracking and reporting of the projects and programs.
  2. Manage and maintain project tracking systems, documentation, change requests, and on-line collaboration spaces.
  3. Prepare management indicators, progress reviews and documentation relating to the monitoring of the project.
  4. Track project finance and analyze information to define problems and formulate recommendations to Project Management Team.
  5. Provide support to the Professional Services Leader for establishing strategy, roadmap, and marketing plans to grow the services portfolio.
  6. Provide support to the Professional Services Leader for the design and development of services offerings and portfolio, in collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage and enhance project management processes and systems.
  2. Track and maintain project costs, perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
  3. Identify discrepancies and evaluate impacts.
  4. Manage change requests and scenario based analysis.
  5. Implement changes to project finances – manage data and systems.
  6. Support and execute project governance.
  7. Evaluate cost/schedule/performance key performance Indicators.
  8. Produce project/program review documentation.
  9. Ensure proper project documentation and communication.
  10. Open and maintain collaborative environments.
  11. Produce or manage the client required documentation.
  12. Ensure smooth and timely delivery and implementation of services to meet commitments and generate revenue.
  13. Planning and track services revenues, ensuring alignment with key metrics.
  14. In collaboration with Services Leader, ensure smooth and timely delivery and implementation of services to meet commitments and generate revenue.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in administration or in job-related field.
  2. Project management certification is an asset.
  3. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project planning and control.
  4. Relevant experience in Aviation domain.
  5. Good organizational skills.
  6. Accuracy and precision.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  8. Good written and spoken communication skills.
  9. Ability to manage one's time and multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  10. Program management, MS Project and ERP environment experience an asset.
  11. Innovation, creativity, sense of ownership.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.
  13. Fluency in English and French.
