Our team is responsible for supporting and enabling the Quickbooks Canada sales organization with delightful user experiences while achieving business targets. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a structured project management framework for the Professional Services team.
  • Assist in gathering functional requirements and developing technical specifications for various projects.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback and insights that inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
  • Monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of software development.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and clients.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and a genuine interest in financial technology solutions.

Requirements of the role:

  • Come in 2x per week to our Toronto office.
  • Project management certified: PMP, CAPM, Agile.
