Production Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and packaging products in a warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires the use of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:

• Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Package finished products for shipment or storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management

Skills:

• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow in the warehouse
