Production Worker
Location: Montreal, Quebec (Usine Five Roses)
Position Type: Operations
Salary: Full Time, Hourly
Compensation: This position offers a complete benefit package, retirement, health, life, vision and dental insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities
The position is a permanent position. The candidate will be required to do the following tasks:

  • Cleaning
  • Sweeping
  • Vacuuming
  • Handling of containers and bags up to 25 kg.
  • Must be able to progress to process operator positions on rotating shifts within 90 days of hiring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have a safe work attitude.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Maintain a respectful and positive attitude.
  • Perform required tasks punctually.
  • Basic computer and mathematical knowledge.
  • Must be proactive and participate in food safety programs.
  • Learn and follow work rules and policies.
  • Produce adequate documentation.
  • Punctuality and attendance at work.
  • Able to climb steps and use ladders.
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work at heights.
  • Able to bend over, kneel and squat.
  • Able to work in various environmental conditions, hot and cold temperatures and dusty conditions.
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts, work nights and weekends and work overtime when required by management.

Education or Work Experience

  • High School diploma.
  • 6 months of experience.

Additional Information

  • Follow ADM's health and safety standards and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation.
  • All candidates must have authorization and the ability to maintain authorization to legally work in Canada.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
