Production Technician - Mechanical Quality Control (Day Shift)

Role: Mechanical Quality Control

Location: Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.

As a Mechanical Quality Control, you will be able to:

• Perform mechanical quality inspections on new ambulances coming off the assembly line.
• Perform O2 and suction tests.
• Perform fit and function tests for stretchers and other equipment.
• Conduct weight analysis.
• Create information sheets with weight analysis and load test information.
• Have experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
• Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
• Be conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
• Carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arm's length for an extended period of time.
