Shift Options & Pay:

• Base Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience & interview; shift differential available for applicable shifts)

Available Shifts:

• Shift 1: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week)

• Shift 2: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts, 4 nights per week; 12% Shift Differential)

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble sub-systems and components with precision.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment (training provided).
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve during the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental health and safety standards.
• Keep workstations clean and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete documentation related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
• One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Comfortable using computers and software systems for documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain schedule flexibility.
