Production Team Leads

The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our production team in four key leadership roles: Packaging Team Lead, Topping Team Lead, Ingredient Prep Team Lead and Wash Bay Team Lead. Each role is vital to our production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team cohesion in their respective areas.

Requirements

Packaging Team Lead:

• Oversee the packaging area, ensuring smooth operation of the cartoner, metal detection and overall packaging operations
• Identify and adhere to packaging specifications, ensuring all products meet regulations and high-quality standards
• Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the packaging process, implementing solutions quickly to maintain workflow
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless production flow
• Ability to work in a cold environment (+4C)

Pizza Team Lead:

• Manage the pizza topping line, ensuring accurate and efficient topping of our products
• Provide leadership and direction to the pizza topping team, ensuring all team members are engaged and performing at their best
• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality and adhering to HACCP and GMP protocols
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless production flow

Ingredient Prep Team Lead:

• Supervise the preparation of raw materials, including cutting and portioning ingredients
• Ensure all ingredients are prepped according to PORTA's specifications and standards
• Lead and support your team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with other team leads to ensure the timely delivery of prepped ingredients to other production areas

Wash Bay Team Lead:

• Oversee the wash bay area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards
• Manage the wash bay team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaned equipment to maintain high hygiene standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of clean equipment and utensils for production needs
