Production supervisor - night shift

Your function

I am currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of my clients, a paper manufacturing company located in Chambly - Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - evening shift (3pm - 11pm).

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

1. Planning work flow on production lines
2. Coordinate and motivate production teams to achieve company objectives
3. Manage work teams to ensure smooth plant operations
4. Impart good OHS practices to team members and ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards
5. Identify and resolve production efficiency problems
6. Recruit, train and evaluate teams (tasks, quality, safety standards, etc.)
7. Other production-related tasks, such as continuous improvement projects

Your profile

1. DEC in operations management or other relevant field
2. At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
3. Experience in the manufacturing sector
4. Excellent level of French, good level of English
5. Knowledge of industrial environments, OHS, continuous improvement

- Salary: $70k - $85k, depending on experience, full insurance, company RRSP.
- Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - night shift (11pm - 7am).
