ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead our production workforce while actively participating in and driving initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma, the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, and other continuous improvement projects. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Lead production teams to consistently meet or exceed performance standards in areas such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, line efficiency, and product quality.
- Monitor and maintain equipment reliability to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Align team objectives with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to drive organizational success.
- Develop and empower employees by providing training, setting clear expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and recognizing exceptional performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, fostering a safe and secure work environment.
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring the production team meets all targets and objectives efficiently.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment required, preferably consumer packaged goods with some supervisory experience required
- Experience in consumer packaged products or similar industry preferred
- Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
- Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
