Production Supervisor

Job Description

Atlas Structural Systems is looking for a Production Supervisor to add to their Lower Sackville plant.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and work with the team to assemble wood components into structural panels used in construction projects.
2. Ensure the company’s safety measures and quality standards are always met.
3. Meet or exceed production targets and help maintain equipment upkeep.
4. Communicate information and priorities to the team and ensure they have the directions and tools needed to complete their tasks.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a builder or in the construction field.
2. Safety mindset with a willingness to learn.
3. High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.
4. Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Computer skills are considered an asset.
6. Supervisory experience is an asset.
7. Mechanical background is considered an asset.
