Production Operator Helper - Baie d'Urfé

We are currently looking for an Operator's Assistant for our factory located in Baie d'Urfé.

Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday + 1/2 Wednesday, 6:30am-6:30pm

Reporting to the Bakery Supervisor, the incumbent will:

• Handle products on the line;
• Handle raw materials/products (e.g. butter) and various containers;
• Assist the production operator with line operation - Fill out control point logs;
• Maintain a clean work area conducive to safety and productivity;
• Carry out various tasks related to the department's production.

Qualifications:

• Have a good sense of initiative, able to manage stress well and be resourceful;
• Be physically fit to perform manual tasks;
• Good manual dexterity and speed of execution;
• Be vigilant, reliable, flexible, and autonomous;
• Team spirit and ability to convey it;
• Be available to carry out unforeseen tasks;
• Ability to make quick decisions.
