Millar Western’s Slave Lake Pulp Division is looking for a highly motivated Process Operator to join our Production team. Beginning in the pulp warehouse, this individual will have the opportunity to advance into various operational areas, including production lines, the Bio Energy plant, water treatment, boilers, and the control room. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, as this role plays a key part in enhancing both facility operations and our safety program. This is a shift-based position, requiring rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
The ideal candidate will possess an ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate, a valid driver’s license, and a strong safety record. Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership are essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and forklift operation are considered valuable assets.
