Production Manager - Windows & Doors

Production Manager - Windows & Doors.

Location:

Vaughan, ON.

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience).

Industry:

Manufacturing / Doors & Windows / Building Materials / Vinyl / Aluminum.

Employment Term:

Fulltime / Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
2. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
3. Manage and train production staff to meet performance goals.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
5. Collaborate with supply chain and quality control teams to optimize output.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of production management experience in vinyl / aluminum window or door manufacturing or a related industry.
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
