We are seeking a Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the assembly production team, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure that all assembly processes are performed in accordance with company standards
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify problems and develop solutions
• Monitors quality metrics to spot problems with materials
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management
• Assist with planning and budgeting process.
• Manage and lead the assembly production team, including training, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
