Salary ranges from $75,000-$90,000 per annum + super for the right candidate.

From top-notch LINE-X tub liners to the latest in suspension, bull bars, towbars, roller shutters, and more – we've got it all covered. Our expertise includes our Summit range of accessories and extends to partnering with leading brands like EGR, Ironman, Enerdrive, Rhino Rack, Piak, Bushranger, and many others as we are paving the way in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning - Establishing, executing, and overseeing production strategies, policies, and plans.
2. Team Management - Managing the operation of production facilities and quality procedures through maintenance planning, setting operating hours, and ensuring the availability of parts and tools.
3. Reporting - Prepare and present production reports; analyzing metrics such as output, cost, efficiency, and quality. Managing staff activities and evaluating their performance.
4. Safety Compliance - Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment by working with our in-house ISO Officer.
5. Stakeholder Management - Work closely with other departments & managers to align production updates and goals with business objectives.
6. Equipment Maintenance - Supervising the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment.
7. Process Improvement - Analyze production techniques and research as well as implement improvements.
8. Cost Control - Own your production budget and make adjustments to processes and resources to minimize expenses.
9. Training - Provide written operating procedures and manage the live standard operating procedure manual.

The Ideal Applicant:

1. 2 years of relevant experience with verifiable references
2. Demonstrate a commitment to achieving complete client satisfaction and customer experience
3. Production Management Experience
4. Vehicle build-up/accessory fitting experience
