We are currently seeking a Production Manager to lead our plant operations in Baie-Sainte-Anne (New-Brunswick). This role involves providing leadership and implementing organizational strategies to ensure our customers receive products that meet Berger’s high-quality standards. As Production Manager, you will be part of a management team that oversees all manufacturing and field operations for our plants across Canada and the United States.

JOB SUMMARY:

1. Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and goals;
2. Promote Berger values in our plants to create a positive and team-oriented work environment;
3. Recommend improvements to maximize operations and achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining operating costs and meeting production goals;
4. Utilize production management expertise in an automated, fast-paced environment while establishing optimal production schedules and working methods;
5. Identify opportunities for growth and development to help employees further their career at Berger;
6. Participate in annual budgeting processes, controls, and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, or any suitable combination of relevant training and experience will be considered;
2. 10 to 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments;
3. Experience with multi-site management;
4. Strong management skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams;
5. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills;
6. Strategic big-picture thinker;
7. French language skills are an asset.
