Job description

Creative Solutions Group isa fast-paced, growing organization looking for a full-time professional, highly skilled Production Graphic Installation Lead to join our dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images.
Operate and maintain printer(s), laminating equipment, and plotter cutter.
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a graphic layout and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces.
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
Assist graphic designer with measuring of tradeshow booth properties and display pieces.
Install SEG Fabric graphics.
Clean and maintain storage areas.
Be a team player and be willing to learn and assist others as required.
Be willing to assist the production department as needed including but not limited to tradeshow booth set-up and tear-down.
Be willing to learn new skills as required.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in sign production preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
