• The function of a general production worker would include, but is not limited to:
• Cross cutting
• Layout of custom cutting
• Assisting the operator during the fabrication process
• Cleaning up at each station at the end of the day
• Working with insulation products including Polyisocyanurate, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene, and Roxul Mineral Fibre.

• Ability to read and use a tape measure at a productive pace
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
• Experience driving a counterbalance forklift
• Able to read imperial measurements
• Ability to work independently and have great team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely with hand and power tools
• A good mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift up to 50lb loads without difficulty
• Must be in good physical condition
