Production Associate

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team. This role supports the direct production of innovative and unique medical devices including oxygen masks, scalpel blades, and face shields.

What We Do

• Create medical devices in a clean-room facility using injection molding machines, assembly of small plastic components, quality inspections, and packaging to ship to over 80 countries worldwide.
• Support a safety-focused culture to provide a better work experience for all employees.
• Produce safe, high-quality medical devices that provide a better healthcare experience for our customers.
• Provide 3 available shift patterns to support work/life balance options:
• Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Midnight Shift 11:00pm-7:30am, Sunday to Thursday

• Strong English communication skills to support comprehension of work instructions, policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or other fast-paced work environments.

• Hourly Rate – Starting wage at $18.00, with regular increases based on service time starting as soon as 6 months.
