We are based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba and have team members located across Canada, the United States, and United Kingdom.

We are seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our dynamic team!

As Product Support Analyst, you will be a contact for customers/users of the Conquest Planning tool. Your role is to support and assist these users with their technical questions and provide problem solving and resolution.

This is a remote/work from home opportunity. Ideally, you are local to Winnipeg.

Duties of the role include:

  1. Providing timely support to users to help fix technical problems or issues
  2. Working independently and as part of a team towards a common goal
  3. Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines
  4. Using internal systems to document support requests and manage knowledge base content
  5. Familiarity with general financial planning concepts
  6. Collaborating with team members across the organization
  7. Keeping up to date with the overall economic and financial environment, current events, market conditions, trends, and changes to legislation
  8. Shift Hours of Operation 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Qualifications required:

  1. Post secondary education in business and/or combination of education and work experience in a financial services, help desk, or customer service role
  2. Technically oriented and quick study of new systems and tools
  3. Familiarity with financial planning software is an asset
  4. Superior written and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Fluent written and spoken French is an asset
