The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Product Specialist, to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory.
Under general direction, is responsible for administering a sales program within a defined sales territory to enhance the awareness and understanding of the (Line) product range.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned area through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary, as discussed and approved in writing by the immediate supervisor.
- Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc.
- Promote and detail the benefits of promoted product to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical field through effective, pre-planned promotional methods tailored to the specific and unique needs of each customer.
- Provide expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders.
- Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
Other Key Requirements For This Role Include
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management.
- Confidently led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software context.
- Developed project documentation that reflects requirements i.e., functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrixes.
- Demonstrated excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery.
- Taken ownership of end-to-end processes from engaging the stakeholder for the initial session to deliverable/output signoff.

- Occasional business travel may be required.
