What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead research and design strategy for the virtual assistant customer experience
2. Conduct end-to-end research projects to uncover insights about customers and frontline employees
3. Guide project stakeholders in reframing questions into actionable research goals
4. Collaborate with quantitative data teams and incorporate various data sources
5. Deliver updates to leadership on the status of high-impact projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Proven experience in scoping and managing research engagements with cross-functional stakeholders
2. Understanding of various research methods and their application in design processes
3. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
4. Excellent change and project management credentials
5. Interest in content creation and design, preferably for digital media

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Base knowledge of UX principles and research methods
2. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
3. Experience with digital media, layout, and graphic design
