Overview :

As the Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of operational innovation, shaping the trajectory of our marketing initiatives through meticulous planning and execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will spearhead the optimization of RTB marketing processes, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and enhancing the efficiency of our marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Partner with IT partners to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Develop and communicate a clear operational vision and strategy for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements Management and Prioritization :

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and requirements, prioritizing them based on business impact and urgency.
  • Translate operational requirements into actionable tasks and user stories for development teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including marketing leadership, business users, and technical teams.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders, and solicit feedback to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in marketing operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
