The ILI NPI Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions on time, to requirements and on budget. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will take ownership for solution design, development, and deployment of projects ensuring adherence to project governance and best practice.

As an ILI NPI Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering ILI NPI projects on time, to requirements and on budget.
• Developing project schedule and performing schedule analysis to establish work priorities, critical path planning, and risk management.
• Ensuring project CTQs (Critical to Quality) are clear and communicated to the project team and project stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress against schedule and technical delivery milestones.
• Managing, organizing, and driving project gate reviews.
• Driving control of requirements and deliverables through formal change management methods.
• Ensuring the quality of the project deliverables is verified and documented.
• Driving initiatives to improve efficiency of the project management function.
• Posting project reviews and lessons learned.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have a degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
• Have project management experience within product development in an energy or oil and gas environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a team environment.
• Have experience leading global teams.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent organizational and MS Office skills.
• Have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
